Dorina Papadimitriou is the International Business Activities E&P and Financial Services Legal Division Manager at HELLENiQ ENERGY HOLDINGS Group, Advocate (Supreme Court level) and member of the Athens Bar Association.

She has graduated from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, School of Law, Bachelor of Laws and the University of Liverpool UK, Master of Laws (LLM) in International Business Law (Distinction). 

She has served as a legal advisor from 1994 to 1998 at Public Petroleum Corporation -EKY and from 1998 onwards at HELLENiQ ENERGY HOLDINGS SA. 

 Her working experience includes legal consulting and support of HELLENiQ ENERGY HOLDINGS Group activities (upstream, midstream, downstream) both in Greece and overseas, such as mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures for hydrocarbons exploration and exploitation, pipeline transportation projects, marketing of hydrocarbons, infrastructure projects and electricity projects (natural gas and renewable resources plants) as well as litigation services. She also acted as a legal expert for providing “Technical Assistance to the Palestinian Authority to restructure the Palestinian Hydrocarbon Sector” in the context of the Sustainable Energy Law, a project funded by EU.

She also serves as a Board of Directors member in a number of HELLENiQ ENERGY HOLDINGS Group subsidiaries and as a member in ELPEDISON SA an intergraded electricity generator and supplier (being a joint venture of HELLENiQ ENERGY HOLDINGS Group and Edison Italy Group).
